reflection four (non stop cricket)

1. What safety management strategies did you use when playing non-stop cricket?

We had to stand back from the batter so we didn't get hit by the ball. not to stand on the pitch when the batters were running. we had to look out for bees and glass. the weather was another big thing we had to watch for like if it was raining or sunny

 2. Explain what a risk is and give three examples of risks from non-stop cricket (Try and give one from each category).

a risk is something that could happen during the event or a challenge you have to face.

Hit in the head

bat braking

someone falling over

3. It was very hot during non-stop cricket the other day, how did you keep yourself safe during the hot weather? What more could you have done?

I didn't play the non-stop cricket that day but I would have to keep an eye on me drinking water and not overdoing my self.

reflection three (tupapa trail)

I reckon I will give my self a level 5 because when we were going up I didn't give in even when we ran up the stairs I ran to the top and still wanted to run more after we got to the top.

physical because we were running up a hill and had to go upstairs. also, it could help with the mental game and being able  to push your self to get better and faster

asking the teacher to see if we can run the whole way up so we can get made gains for fitness

reflection two (kaiti hill rams form)

this is the ram form for Kaiti hill

It's important to have a ram so that you are aware of the risks for safety.

when you go over the risk of that event.

you include a ram form when something happens.

how the term has gone for me

For me this term is going good for the first term and the classes I had had some good interests for me and its been free flowing. Bad things of the term there wasn't that many bad things but there was the occasional block in work but other than that the term was good.

What was the biggest challenge for this term?

Te Whare Hauora prayer format

why we do the prayer format?

we do the prayer format because it helps us learn prayers if we say a prayer in class or some where out of the classroom we know what to say. it can also help with talking in front of people so we don't freak out when we speak.

what is the prayer format?

the prayer format first starts with the sign of the crosss.

after that you do the sign of the cross you say a prayer that you chose or part of that topic.

part three you say the our father but before that you say who your praying the our father for.

part four you say the three founding saints saint mary mackillop, st marcellin chamagnat, st edmund campion after you say a saint the people who your saying the prayer to they would say pray for us
